Please tell me how to remove the message..
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Thats really strange.
Can you please share the access details of the site where I can see the issue?
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I would like to know - Are you using any Toolset plugins with your site as I do not find any Toolset plugins installed.
I see WPML plugins installed.
Hmm.. I dont think so? I just installed Toolset and then uninstalled it after some weeks because i dident need it any more.
Yes i am using WPML. But nothing related to Toolset. Not that I am aware of.
Can you please try to use follow the following steps:
- Take full backup of your database
- Unregister the WPML by clicking on the link "Unregister WPML from this site ":
==> hidden link
- Go to your database and find the option name "wp_installer_settings" in the options table
- remove that option
- Try to re-register your site key for WPML plugin again: hidden link
Do you see it makes any difference?
Awesome. Looks like it worked! Thanks for helping out 🙂
