Starter Theme installation get stuck in import structure

This support ticket is created 6 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, im installing the starter theme, everithing it's going ok, but when i got to import the theme structure the installation get stuck. I waited for about a couple of hours and nothing , it is possible to make this import manually?

I'm not sure what you mean by importing the theme structure.

If you are just talking about the Toolset Starter theme, then to install it you download it from your account page (https://toolset.com/account/downloads/) and then upload it to your themes page at Appearance > Themes.

That's it. Are you talking about something else?

Note that the Toolset Starter theme is effectively deprecated. We do not recommend its use unless you are already familiar with it and know what you are doing.
