Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - sorry, but I do not see any star rating shortcode. where is suppose to be displayed?

There could be a compatibility issue, in order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Well - as far as I know, Toolset does not offer any star rating shortcode. What code/plugin you are using to display star rating?

#1178983

[wpv-woo-products-rating-listing]
[wpv-woo-single-products-rating]
Are'nt these shortcodes supposed to display ratings given by user on archive and single product page respectively?

Ahh ok, I understand now. Those shortcodes belong to WooCommerce Views.

I checked by creating a test sit on our free test platform discover-wp.com and I see the shortcode [wpv-woo-products-rating-listing] works just fine when we list the products using view:
Please check here => hidden link

Have you installed WooCommrece Views plugin because the shortcodes you shared will only work when you install WooCommrece Views plugin?

Well - this needs to debug why its showing numbers instead of stars.

Would you mind to follow basic debug steps:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

If the above basic debug step does not help:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
