This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
View's filter Spinner image loading with wrong protocol http instead of https.
Solution:
you should have spinner code shortcode added within your view's filter section with full spinner image URL. You should try to add spinner shortcode again with https.
