[Splitted, for Minesh] View ordering ranzomization occasionally removes posts

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Selecting Ordering/Random in Content Selection works, but sometimes some posts are not shown, you need to reload the page to randomize again and possibly fix. I suppose there might be a bug in the randomization algorithm that excludes some posts instead of just sorting ALL of them randomly.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is no bug in random algorithm as order by rand is performed by database.

To ensure there is no conflict with the theme or plugin you are using:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference.
