I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
Thanks for providing the credentials, but may I kindly ask you to give this user admin permissions? Without this, it'll be a bit harder to debug the issue.
Moreover, what exactly was showing on the previous View of the Insights Search page? I'm not so sure, but perhaps it it will be necessary to recreate it. By chance, do you have a backup prior to this issue?
It seems that the View only works if we select to display only the 'search form': hidden link. Therefore, I need to ask again my previous questions:
"what exactly was showing on the previous View of the Insights Search page? I'm not so sure, but perhaps it it will be necessary to recreate it. By chance, do you have a backup prior to this issue?"
If the View was really only for the search form, you can select this option and build the results in a different View.
We have restored some of your previous Views in the Toolset -> Views -> Trash section. It seems that the right one would be the 'Search Filter', please check it: hidden link
The format is a bit different from the one you linked above, but at this point we can't apply the needed customization. May I kindly ask you to review it and see if you're able to get the desired results with this View now?
Please bear in mind that the View block is just referencing a version of the View, and the View itself cannot be edited. That should be okay if you don't need to make any changes to the View, but means that you cannot make any changes to the View settings, including styling the output.
If you do need to make any changes then I'm afraid you will need to recreate the Views, by inserting a View block and starting again (after deleting the existing View).
