This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
A View has search filters included but they don't do anything.
Solution:
When you insert Filter Controls in the Search and Pagination section, the View adds Query Filters corresponding to these controls.
Typically these can't be seen if you have chosen a custom search View, but the Query Filter section can be exposed using the Screen Options tab at the top of the page.
In this case the user had accidentally deleted the Query Filters.

I have fixed the pagination, but now the search filters are not affecting the listing, it seems like it is showing the same thing over and over again even after changing filters.. here is the page that i am working on: hidden link
I can't get it to work, I'm not sure if it is something to do with how you are automatically paginating the results.
Could I take a closer look at how you have this set up to see if I can spot the problem?
I will mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site, even though I don't intend to make any changes.
You have filter controls added to the Search and Pagination section.
Whenever you insert a filter control, a Query Filter for that control automatically gets added.
But in your case there are none (screenshot).
It seems like you inserted the filter controls, and then at some point deleted the associated Query Filters.
To remedy this, the best thing would be to edit each of the filter controls (position the cursor somewhere in the filter control shortcode and use the Edit Filter button), and when saving the missing Query Filters will be re-inserted.
please help me out here, can you please create one on the toolset view and replicate the view with pagination? if not just give me a code for the pagination to work, I recreating a new view but the query filter is making it not load at all!
In my last post I pointed out that you need to edit the filter controls and re-save them so that the missing Query Filters are added back to your View, but looking at the View "Directory View with Pagination" it doesn't seem like you have.
Is that the right View? (I couldn't see what View is inserted in the Divi text module on the page as I couldn't edit it because you have quite a few JS errors on the page.)
Hi, I finally fixed the pagination view it is now on our homepage eathb.com, the problem now is that the view for mobile view is too cramped cause the desktop view is with 3 columns, and I created a single column view for Mobile view, but both view are appearing on desktop view, on mobile view the correct Mobile view shows and not both views.. I am using DIVI so I disabled the mobile view for the section on desktop view but it still appears.. any suggestion how I can get the views to not show at the same time on desktop view?
