I define a field as mandatory, and when filling out the form it is not mandatory
I attach a picture with a red mark on the fields I put in the form and the form can be saved without filling them

And there are also fields that cannot be retrieved in the post.

Does a large number of fields cause problems?

There is a difference if you want to delete custom field group or specific fields within single custom field group and deleting unwanted fields from the Toolset form.

Can you please clarify you want to delete whole custom field group or specific field within custom field group or specific field from the form you created?

Just to confirm with you that I hope you took full backup of your site and deleting custom field group means you will not see that group.

Can you please just confirm the custom field group name you want to delete.
