Yes, thank you. As mentioned, the shortcode attribute is not working too, when saved it becomes VIEW_PARAM. Please check screenshots.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - It looks like you do not understand, how view's shortcode attribute works or I misunderstood your requirement here.

Let me see first how you are using the shortcode attribute.

Could you please share problem URL where you are trying to add your view which contains filter by shortcode attribute and also explain what is your requirement, what you want to filter.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - I see that the field "PP Fave" is a repeating field (multiple instances), I setup a test entry here.

For this entry - the values set for "PP Fave" field is 2525 and 7000.

Now, when I display the view with shortcode attribute as given under:

[wpv-view name="test-faves" userid="7000"]

I can see its displaying the correct result.

Hi Minesh, thank you. But is it normal for the query filter to look like this?

Yes - when you set to filter your view with custom field using shortcode attribute - the filter you see is expected output.

Shouldn't it look like this one?

Well - with custom fields I checked it's working like that.

However - I'm taking your request to improve the GUI as per the screenshot you shared for custom field as well.

Please note that there is no ETA on it.
