Split: Limit characters in single line field

Hi Jamal,

Thanks for the information and note about repeatable field groups. Is there a way to limit the amount of characters for a single line field?

Hello Leslie,

You can add custom Javascript code to the form to set a maxlength attribute to the field. Check the solution on this similar ticket https://toolset.com/forums/topic/can-i-limit-characters-count-for-my-single-line-text-field-in-cred-forms/

If you are unsure about it, share a URL where we can see the form and I'll provide a working code.
