[Closed] Split: invalid key?

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

So it's best to use the hidden link?

And there is a conflict somewhere, I cannot update adjustments on the template for custom taxonomies I've created with toolset...
actually, the whole lay-out of the archive page is not visible...

Hi Dirk,

Given that this a completely different issue i've split the ticket so that we can handle it here.

This does seem like a conflict. What I recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and check again.

Once you have done this please let me know if the issue still remains.

Hi Shane,
thanks. I will first check also with the developers of the Discogs-Woocommerce plugin. Since the website is online, and that plugin has a major effect on the commercial activity, I cannot easily just deactivate some of them. I will get back as soon as I got an answer from them and keep you posted on this. Thanks for your patience,

Hello Shane,

I couldn't get any respons from the developers from the discogs-woocommerce integration plugin yet. Is there a way to get into this without deactivating that particular plugin, because the online shop is now working at full speed. I see some issues in the console with toolset and backbone js.

I can not save changes to tehe template from toolset any more. On firefox the layout also displays fairy well, but on other browsers it's a mess now: hidden link
Any advice is more than welcome...

The best thing we can do without interfering with the day to day running of your website is to setup a copy of the site.

Are you able to setup a staging version of the website or provide me with a copy using the Duplicator plugin ? To provide the site copy you can follow the instructions in the link below.
