Split: Feature Request – default value for Views filter controls

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

A View with filter controls loads all results initially.

The request is to add a "value" attribute to the filter controls so that when the page first loads it can have a default value already chosen (which can then be updated by the user).
