Speed of filters

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi Toolset,

I'm building this website hidden link and Toolset works fine but the filtering of posts is very slow. The site is running on a virtual private server with PHP 7.3 and NGINX. If you click 'HBO' on the left there is only one post but i takes almost 10 seconds to load the page.

Any idea how to solve this?

I don't see HBO right now, maybe something changed recently? I tried a few other filters like MBO and Amsterdam and Heerenveen, but the AJAX requests are all less than 3 seconds in my tests. Screenshot attached here. Have you tested logged in and logged out?

If you're seeing slow performance in a View, it's usually a good idea to install the Query Monitor plugin so we can monitor the individual queries used to build the page. If any single query runs longer than 0.05 seconds, we should investigate that query.
