I saw that you have quite a few plugins installed on your site.
In order to ensure that this issue isn't being caused by a plugin conflict I would recommend that you temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins and check again to see if the issue still remains.
If the issue is still there after doing this please let me know and I will have a further look at this for you in more detail.
Hi Shane. I've been a lifetime subscriber to Toolset for eight years. I've filed many support tickets; you've even helped me on a number of them. I'm not a newbie, and I don't need to be reminded every time I open a ticket that I should do the obvious things first like checking for plugin or theme conflicts. Asking for this response every time just introduces an unnecessary delay in getting the issue dealt with. Please go ahead and look further at this issue at your earliest opportunity.
I took a copy of the site so that I have a safe environment to work in. What I've found is that your Artists and Products where connected in a One to Many Relationship with an Intermediary Post Type which shouldn't be possible. It would appear that this was a Many to Many relationship previously but somehow when it was changed to a One to Many it retained its intermediary CPT.
I was able to fix the issue with the relationship but this would mean the intermediary CPT Featured Artist will be deleted. With the current setup you can only display the Parent title when the Relationship is a One to Many.
Here is how I was able to get the Relationship setup correctly:
1. Go to Toolset -> Relationships and edit the "Release Artist" relationship.
2. Change it to a Many to Many and hit save.
3. Change it back to One to Many and you will be given a prompt with a warning message. If you want to proceed you can click on the confirmation notice i.e Apply/Save
4. This will then run and delete the intermediary post type and update the relationships to a one to many.
5. Once you've done this then your parent title should now start showing on the view on the frontend. If not just go back to your view and setup your Heading block dynamic content once more to pull the information from the Parent post.
NOTE Please backup your site before proceeding with this. In the duplicate of your website that I tested locally none of the relationships were affected and the view on the frontend displayed the Parent title as intended. However backing up will ensure that you have a copy to return to should things not go as smoothly as it went for me.
If there are any issues or concerns please let me know.
