[Closed] sorting issue

I am having a sorting issue which I have opened another urgent ticket yet have not received a response, hence I'm opening another one

If I search for something and sort the results, it does not seem to work. For example, I search for Kghi and then tried to sort by last name. The results are bad ...

it is the same issue if you search for "Garabedian" and try to sort by birthplace, the sorting is ignored.

Regarding the issue you've reported, I noticed that there are two tickets open for the same topic. To help us streamline the troubleshooting process, would it be okay to close this duplicate ticket and focus solely on the main ticket? This will ensure we can track progress and provide updates efficiently.

Additionally, my colleague Christopher mentioned in the other ticket needing your permission to copy the website to our server for further investigation. This step will allow us to perform more in-depth testing to identify the root cause of the issue. If you could confirm that you’re okay with this, we’ll proceed accordingly. Also, if you have a development/testing environment we could proceed with the tests he mentioned, to disable plugins and switching themes looking for a conflict issue, that would be great, please let us know in the other ticket so that we can enable the private fields for your next reply.

I told him that it's fine to copy site. But he also mentions that he is away for 2 days. Hence I'm opening another ticket. This is an urgent matter.
