Hello,
I created a multiple instances Image Field using Toolset, then apply it to a custom post type. Add WPML plugin for translations and set the field as "copy from the original". In fact I want to have the same exact list of images for all translations of a post.
Everything seems OK until I try to sort the images.
When I sort them in the original language everything is perfect but the order in the other languages does not change.
Did I miss something in my settings?
Thanks a lot for your help.
Have a nice day,
Valentina

Hi Valentina,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Since you've copied the items from the original language then I believe the secondary language's items are not synced with the primary language.

Perhaps you need to go into each language and sort the images accordingly.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,
thank you for your kind answer.
I tried to sort them in each language but it does not work.
The order changes in WordPress backend but in the website everything remains the same. No sorting at all.
I set the Field as "Copy from the original"...
Thanks a lot,
Valentina

Hi Valentina,

Perhaps I can have a more detailed look to see what is happening here.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue. Please send 1 page where it is sorted correctly and the translation where it is not.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Valentina,

I see where you're only using our Types plugin on this site.

Unfortunately there isn't much I can do here since this is the case. We are actually only creating the custom fields. There isn't a way for me to debug and say what is happening here since you're not using our Views/Blocks plugin to display your content.

This one would be out of our support scope.

Thanks,
Shane
