[Resolved] sorting for term views doesn’t works

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user's view was not sorting correctly with their taxonomy terms.

Solution:
In this users case the issue was being caused by a plugin conflict.

Particularly the WP Real Categories Management plugin. If you are experiencing a similar issue I would recommend temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and trying again.

I made a set of views for showing term lists at the homepage of the website, but at all of them, terms appear in random order (even if I'm setting order at the views editor or at the block properties in Gutenberg). I'm giving you access - pls, help me to fix this.

Hi Maxim,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

I suspect that this is being caused by a plugin conflict. Taking a look at your plugin list I see this plugin here.
WP Real Categories Management

Could you try disable it and let me know if this helps? If it doesn't could you try disabling all the non-toolset plugins and checking again as well.

Thanks,
Shane

Wow, you were right, it was a conflict with exactly that plugin. Thanks!
