[Resolved] Sorting Controls Not Changing with multiple options

Hello,
We are having trouble with our sorting control not working correctly within our view. See below for explanation of how it's setup.

We have two options available within our Sorting Control:
1. First Name (which uses the Post Title in Asc order)
2. Last Name (which uses a Custom Field in Asc order)

By default we have it set to show by Last Name.

When we click the Sort By dropdown and select "First Name" the screen flashes like it's doing something but the view does not change/update. It is not working. Can you help us understand what is wrong with our settings?

I hope you followed the following Doc that will show you how to add sorting controls and use it.

Have you already followed the above doc? if yes:
- I see you have added the primary and secondary sort order for your result where you posts will be primary sorted with Last name and secondary sorted with post title by default. If you do not need secondary sorting you should set it to none.

Yes, I have followed those instructions as you can see per the screenshots attached, those are the settings for the sort control in my view. But they are not working. Can you advise what is wrong so we can correct it? I can also provide you with access to the site for further investigation as well.
