I have set up a custom field called "Sort Order" in our Staff content type. This field is a number field. I have assigned values for all the people that should appear on the Staff archive page using this field. They are in numerical order as they should appear on the page. I have set the archive to use this field in the WordPress Archive - Ordering section. It shows a yellow warning message saying

"The View will display only posts that have a value for that field."

That's fine. We have 8 people that should appear on this page and all 8 have values assigned for this field.

But when I go to the Staff Archive page here:

The people on the page are not displaying in the correct order. I believe they are still displaying in the order based on page creation date.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share admin access details and let me see whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
