[Resolved] Sort Feature not working on Views page and neither is pagination

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I have sorting controls in my View, but they don't seem to do anything. I have tried with and without AJAX updates enabled.

Solution: In order to use AJAX updates, you must uncheck the checkbox that disables the wrapping div around the View output. Otherwise, you must include a Submit button in the Search and Pagination editor panel.

I am trying to: Put a feature to sort and have pagination on my views page.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the products list when changing the options at the top of the page

Instead, I got: nothing 🙁

Hi, please edit this View (it's a View, not a WordPress Archive, correct?) and find the Custom Search Settings panel. If you cannot see this panel, scroll up to the top right corner of the screen and click "Screen Options". You can activate it here. Then in the Custom Search Settings panel, tell me what is selected. I can see that your View does not include a "Submit" button, so you should either add a Submit button in the Search and Pagination editor, or choose one of the options that does not require a submit button. For example, "AJAX results update when visitors change any filter values".

Okay I believe I see the issue. You had checked the checkbox that disables the wrapping div around the View output. This wrapping div is required for AJAX updates, as shown in the attached screenshot. If you want to enable AJAX updates, you must uncheck this checkbox. Otherwise, you must include a Submit button in the Search and Pagination editor panel. Then, you should probably remove the duplicate sorting controls inside the Loop editor - they're redundant.
