This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I copied a site over to a staging environment and when I went to try to access or edit an older custom post type I noticed the admin link was gone from the backend admin menu and when I tried to use the same URL to edit the posts as I use on the live site I get "Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type." on my staging site

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
