When we search for certain locations, the results list and map are for entirely wrong places. Current examples are Alaska (pulls up a location near Phoenix, AZ) and Salem, IN (pulls a location near Boston, MA)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link Search for and choose "Salem, IN" from list. Also search for and choose "Alaska, USA". See results of MA and AZ respectively.

I expected to see:
See above. We expect to see the results for the searched area.

Instead, I got:
The map centered on and records shown from Arizona and MA.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Based on the debug information you shared, I can see that you are using the MySQLVersion 5.5.5.

Minimum MySQL requirement is MySQL 5.6:

Can you please update the MySQL version on your server first. And let me know if you still have issue.

I'm not sure why Toolset is reporting MySQL 5.5.5, we're running MariaDB 10.2.43 currently, as shown in our control panel and in the WP health check:

Your "Upload image" isn't working so here's the screenshot from the HealthCheck on the site: hidden link

Can you please share admin access details and let me see whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I checked on your install and I see that when I try to search with address line "Alaska, USA", it does throw me results from AZ. This is really strange.

To check there is no database issue, Can you please share duplicator copy of your site and I'll try to deploy your site on my local test server and try to check with different MySQL version and will share the findings with you.

Finally - we found that this is not the issue from the Toolset but Google Maps API is not returning the correct result.

Please check the following:
- hidden link

I can see that there is a ticket filed to google as well:

So, when they fix the issue, it will be automatically fix, nothing we can do here.
