I'm not sure what is happening as I cannot duplicate.
I'm running toolset with php version 8.1, using Astra theme.
In the last couple weeks I've had several users contact me regarding forms not displaying on different pages of the site. What's odd is that it's not been the same issue other than it is always a page with a form: Submit Artist Recognition (had two issues here, one where it displayed on her mobile but not desktop), renew membership (2 issues), and member log in. I've had them clear their browser cache with no resolution. Other users have used these forms successfully during the same time period.
I had not had these issues until after the latest toolset update. Not sure if it is related or coincidental. Everything on my desktop (Safari and Chrome browsers), as well as my mobile (Safari) is operating correctly.
Do you have any idea what could be happening or any suggestions on how to help my users resolve?

That is really strange.
Actually to confirm the issue we require exact steps we need to follow to see the issue. However - I do not see any other users reported such issue yet.
If you can share problem URL where I can see the form and how I need to check the form either loggedin user or as guest user I can share what I can see first. Please share frontend user access details if required to check with frontend user loggedin.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

There have been several different issues - which is what is perplexing me. I do wonder if it's all user error, but there have been enough issues in a short time frame that I thought it wise to contact you all. I've had a couple other users struggle with this form.
With this page: hidden link user was not logged in. It would not load on desktop but would on her mobile. I've had a couple other users struggle with this form. Let's start here since you can access publicly. If there's nothing wrong here I may just wait and see if other issues pop up and we can go from there.
Another user could not log in even after password reset. That is probably not a toolset issue but is a recent issues.
Another user could not get the renew membership page to load. It's just one field and a submit button. This one is accessible only to logged in users. every other page/form loaded fine for her.
I don't mind just pausing and seeing what happens over the next couple weeks - we have a call for entry going out which means there is a form on our site that should see a fair amount of activity. it'll be interesting to see how that goes.
