I am trying to: Complete the " show content using post sliders tutorial" in Beyond the Basics and the slider for Featured Artists is not appearing as it should. All the images are being stacked in one long column and not functioning as a slider. Ive gone through the lesson several times now and cannot locate what I am doing wrong. Would love some help

I expected to see: a working slider 🙂

Instead, I got: all the images being stacked vertically

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Just to confirm with you, are you following this link?
=> https://toolset.com/documentation/beyond-the-basics/showcase-content-using-post-sliders/

If yes, I need to check why slider is not working. Is it possible for you to share your discover-wp.com username and password?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - I checked with your test site and I found that you did not set your view to display as slider.

Please check following image:

I set the view to display as slider and to display 1 record at a time and its working fine. Could you please confirm.
