Show a slider shortcode in a tab

I expected to see:
The slider working on all three tabs
Instead, I got: Only the first Tab.
If i add the latest Jquery to my head tag it works, but then views quits working for archives.

X theme and WP-Types was conflicting bad, So I rebuilt the site with the WP-Types Starter Theme, Thinking it would fix problem, But the first tab is dumping all the other tabs right away, if you scroll down. Then if you click on a tab it and back, it is back in order the way it should.
It also jumps to the top of the page when a tab is clicked like an anchor? Is there a way to turn that off?
