I am trying to: regsiter the site

First of all, based on the debug information you shared I find that you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page. You can download the Toolset Types plugin for now.

Once you Download the latest Toolset Types plugin, Could you please try to follow the following steps:
- Deactivate and delete ALL existing instlled Toolset plugins from your plugins page
- Try to upload and install latest Types plugin and activate it from your plugins page.

Once the latest Types plugin is installed and activated:
- Go to: WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab):

You can register the site key and install other add-on Toolset plulgins as shown with step #5 with the following Doc:
