Is there any documentation that you are following? instruction on your site
Is there a similar example that we can see? screenshot attached. I also have to use CSS to hide the footer message

There is no screenshot available with the initial post you added.
What if you try to delete the existing site key and create a new one and try to register your site?
You can install/update Toolset plugins using the installer plugin:

The manual method worked.
