[Resolved] site key – communication

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The problem here is that the user is having issues with their site key not validating.

Solution:

It's quite possible here that the URL format is incorrect. The best way to get the site to register correctly is for our plugin to send the correct url to our Registration service.

Please try re-doing this process below ensuring that step #3 is performed.

resolve the error of communication for version updates
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

I believe what broke the communication is the main site link was changed from hardwaremfg.com to hidden link
I deleted the old and added the new in the toolset account area so I have a site key but I can't find where to put it in the wp admin area.

Hi Brian,

Thank you for getting in touch.

You can add the new key by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and scrolling to the Toolset section on this page.

I was able to reset the site key
however I am still getting the same error message
