Per the attached images, the site is showing that it is still registered as a dev site (as you can see in the second screenshot it is a production site within the ToolSet UI). I just updated the plugins, so I'm not sure why it would say it's not connected to the ToolSet servers.

Thanks,
Matt

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please try to follow the following steps:
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New, and click on the Commercial tab.
- Click the "Check for updates" button and look for any error messages.

- If there is any connection error message, it means your web server cannot connect with the Toolset API server.
- In that case, you can get in touch with your hosting authority and ask to whitelist the following URL: hidden link

Hi Minesh,

that page is showing that toolset is registered, all plugins are up to date, and no errors are coming up when I check for updates. Please see attached screenshot. The site seems to be working fine other than the messages saying it's registered as a dev site and the cannot connect message. Let me know if there is any other info I can provide.

What if you try to click on the link "Unregister Toolset From this site".

Then, Try to follow the following steps:
- Deactivate and delete the Toolset Types plugin from your plugins page.
- Login to your Toolset acttount and try to Download the latest Toolset Types plugin version from your account's Download page: https://toolset.com/download/toolset-types/#changelog
- Install and activate the Toolset Types plugin.
- Then try to follow the same steps given with the following Doc in order to register Toolset:
=> https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-otgs-installer-plugin-installed
- If you able to successfully register Toolset, then you can update other Toolset plugins from the same installer page.
