Site crashes when toolset is activated

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I a migrating a site form my server (where I built it and it was functioning fine) to my client's server (host gator) and each time I activate toolset the whole site crashes. please advise!

Hi there - just letting you know I've tried a variety of different solutions including fully deleting and reinstalling the plugin via the wordpress dashboard AND via FTP. I also turned off all the other plugins to make sure it wasn't a plugin conflict and the issue persists.

oh for goodness sake - I just figured out the issue. It was a php version. Host Gator has it set all the way back to 5.4. So sorry to waste your time. Hope you have a great rest of the day!
