site crashes when activating plugins

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do? trying to install/activate types and blocks plugins.

Is there any documentation that you are following? followed the install instructions, had to do manual install, got types to install and activate, site crashes when activating blocks. Have deactivated all other plugins, installed twenty seventeen template, everything is updated including php. Have deleted and reinstalled many times. Both plugins are installed and registered, types is activated. It's a new site that I'm trying to migrate to. There are no posts or data. When I try to activate, goes to a white frozen screen.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

My issue is resolved now. Thank you! I followed php debugging on this site. Had to get hosting company to increase php memory. It's working now.
