[Resolved] site broken by CRED

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Had 1 Oxygen and 2 Genesis site broken by CRED

To fix problem I had to
Rename CRED in cpanel
Login the site
Rename CRED with original name again in cPanel
Updated CRED to latest version

Well - this is a known issue to us and already our Devs shared the workaround to fix the issue.

Please try to follow the workaround given with the following errata page and try to resolve your issue.
