Hi, I need to build a single product display page
I watched "Creating custom single-product WooCommerce templates using Toolset WooCommerce Views" on Youtube, but it was of little help because it explains how to switch a Woocommerce template within the Woocommerce post type of Products.
Since I need to do it under custom post type (created with Toolset Types), I watched "Views Training Course - Part 1: Content template," which was more to the point but left me wondering.
When I created a content template asshon in the video tutorial and turned to check the result for one of the products on front-end, on the editing page of the product Toolset notified me that since I already use Layout (and layout is already used by the View to display a list of products on the shop display page), the content template is disabled.
Could you please get me out of this probem please? My aim is to build a single product page for a custom-built Toolset post type.
Hi, I edited the existing template and it worked. The problem was I was unable to find the single-post template nowhever except when editing the product item. Still though, the issue is with allowing the front-end user to link to the single page when looking through a list of products on the shop page. Is it an in-built function in Toolset or WordPress by default, or I have to provide
I inserted WP post title with link instead of custom field and it worked fine. Sorry if the post was a bother. Have a good day.
