Have two issues that are likely related:
1) Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
From installer log: api.toolset.com/wpml-bucket-3.json Installer cannot contact our updates server to get information about the available products and check for new versions.

2)You are using an expired account of Toolset.
My account is not set to renew until 3/3/24

Can you help??
Sally

Hi Sally

Are you still seeing this now? We had problems overnight with toolset.com that should now be resolved, and you should not still be seeing these issues.

Please confirm either way, thanks.

It's still saying it cannot connect. I'm available until about 10:15 CT It'll be later this evening when I can check again.

I tried unregistering and re-registering last night. Should I try that again?

I would try that, yes.

Unregister the site and then try to register it again.

I'm sorry for the hassle, the systems team made a number of changes to the site yesterday that introduced a variety of problems and they've had to revert most of them, and we are told that everything should be working normally now.

It certainly cannot harm your site unregistering and re-registering the site.

re-registering it worked.

Thank you!
