Hi, I have a problem to display a view with toolset.
I can't show it on my home page while I can see it on its preview page.
On the same page I have other different views and they are showing correctly.
Until a few days ago it worked perfectly but now I can't see it.

I noticed that an error message appeared in the backend: The Toolset plugin is unable to connect to toolset.com
and in details it says: toolset: unable to register: site key does not match subscription recovery 2024-07-10 03:10:30
But if I enter the commercial tab of the plugin it says: Toolset is registered on this site. You will receive automatic updates until June 22, 2025 (you can see my attachment)

I don't know if the two problems can be connected and how I can solve them.

Websites is: hidden link

Thank you in advance.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Those are two different problems.

We will try to address first the important one that is the view does not display on your homepage - that is strange.

Can you please tell me what view you created and on what section of home page you are trying to display that view?

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I see you activated the Toolset Layouts plugin but there is no active Layouts you have so I've disabled that plugin as it may cause conflict.

It seems there must be conflict with either any third-party plugin or theme.

AS I try to add a simple view - where I'm just displaying post title with link with the view's loop as you can see with the following view:
- hidden link

But when I added the view on homepage just besides your existing view that is not working I can see it shows "No Items Found" text:
=> hidden link

[wpv-view name="toolset-test-view1" cached="off"]

In order to minimize the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the plugins/theme you use:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference?
