I have a Toolset Archive where people can search. I have limited to display only 9 results per page. But I want to show the number (count) of results that the search produced. How can I do that?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You can add "Fields and Text" block outside the archive search and add the [wpv-found-count] shortcode to display the total items found by archive. Please check the following screenshot: hidden link

Hi Thanks for the reply. The shortcode perfectly shows the results count. But I am using ajax refresh in the archive search. So the result count isn't updating with Ajax. How can I fix that?

Also is there any way to show how much time the search query took?

You can move the "Fields and Text" block just after the "Wordpress archive search" as shown with the following screenshot and that will update the count with ajax search. Please check the following screenshot: hidden link

There is no native way to display the query time.

I have placed the shortcode inside archive search. But it is still not refreshing with ajax. You can check the result here: hidden link

I'm not sure why its not working but can you share admin access details and let me check if I can offer you any possible workaround.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I've moved the shortcode block to archive output section and I can see that its working.

Can you please confirm it works at your end as well: hidden link?

Additionally, I found that you were using outdated Toolset plugins, I've updated ALL Toolset plugins to latest release version.
