Hi Guys,

We're trying to add a content block below the products on archive pages, for example: hidden link.

On the test domain, we see the content block showing up below the products, for example, hidden link (see attached). But on the main domain, the content block isn't showing up. We think that this is because on the "content templates" section of the plugin. One template is showing "This Content Template is used as the loop block for the WordPress Archive Archive for Product Merk ", and thats why the content block is showing up perfectly, but on the main domain the template isn't showing the same.

If thats the reason, could you guys please guide us on how we could connect the content template with wordpress archive, and if thats not the issue, then what are we doing wrong? and how can we make sure the content will be showed below?

Kind regards,

Etienne Rozenblad

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

When I try to access the test domain URL you shared:
- hidden link

It says "check back soon" and I do not see anything on the page.

Can you please share admin access details for both of the site and let me review what is the difference.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
