Tell us what you are trying to do? I have a view that allows users to filter by custom taxonomy. How can I have all options display in the drop-down even if none are currently active? I feel like I used to have them just a while ago but I do not know what I changed.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

I realized Toolset advertises that be default inactive categories are hidden. Makes sense! Is there something I can add to override this?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

To display all filter value - can you please navigate to the following section on your edit view page in the backend:
=> Custom Search Settings => Let me choose individual settings manually => set option "Always show all values for inputs" and try to resolve your issue.
