Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to create a custom search view and show it in a static page or post. I have updated to WP 5.1.1 and Divi 3.2.1 . When I insert the view, the page breaks. Also, when I try to use Divi to design the page, I can't unless I deactivate the Toolset plugins.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/front-page-filters/

I would like some guidance, updated documentation or something to be able to create my custom search.

Hi, I'll be glad to take a closer look. Let's start with the problem where inserting the View breaks the page. Can you explain what this means? Does the page return a 404 error, or is the content displayed incorrectly, or what? If you'd like for me to take a look in wp-admin, please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here and let me know where to find the page on the front-end of the site.

I can't get past the basic HTTP auth on this site, can you provide those credentials?

Hello Christian, I already provided the credentials to access to the WP admin and to the SFTP of the site. What other credentials do you need? Shall they be provided by the hosting company? If so, what will I need to ask for?

I need the HTTP authentication credentials. I'm attaching a screenshot here showing the information I need. These credentials are different from your wp login credentials. If you open an incognito browser window and try to access the staging site, you will see what I mean.

Ok, I got it. Where do I find the option to send them to you privately?

#1221847

I've made the site public. You can now see it without any credential needed.

Thank you, I am checking now and will update you shortly.

Hi, the main problem I see here is you're using Toolset Layouts with the Divi theme. We recommend you deactivate Toolset Layouts when using Divi. There are several other best-practices for using Toolset and Divi together covered in the documentation here: https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/

Please review those documents and let me know if you have follow-up questions.

Thanks Christian. That's exactly the information I was missing. I'm checking it and I'll open a new ticket if I need further support with custom search view. Best regards,
