[Resolved] Shortcode [wpv-reset-password-form] not working as expected

This support ticket is created 5 years, 12 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hello, I take advantage of joining this consultation. I tried this and it does not work for me the [wpv-reset-password-form] specifically it throws me to a url that does not exist:

Besides that it see the password in the link. I would like to know what does not work since I did exactly the same! thank you

Hi, I can see PHP code written out in the markup of this page:

That typically indicates a PHP error of some kind. Can you tell me more about how you created this page? Is there a custom PHP template file in use?

Please temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Views, then activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one until the problem returns. Let me know what you find out.

It had been a mistake of template, had an assigned one and already dissociates it. Now after entering the new password, I have another error. asks you to enter the email again because the restore link was incorrect. (attached print).
I clarify that the new link sent in this second step does work.

May I log in and see how you have this set up? Where is the "Forgot password" form shortcode?
