Shortcode isn't working

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello! I'm not sure how to resolve this and could use your help please 🙂

I've looked through other threads but can't seem to find anything that applies to me...this box is only set to show for logged out users, and this form is supposed to show a register form but the shortcode just doesn't show my form 🙁
