[Resolved] Shortcode getting called twice

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user has a shortcode that is displaying its data twice.

Solution:

I suspect here that the user is calling the shortcode multiple times on the same page which could be the cause of the duplicate content.

Hi,

I added some custom code function and set that up as a shortcode.
Then I created a page and in the layout of that page created a row and added a Visual Editor. In there, I call that shortcode.

When I View the page, it seems to be calling that shortcode function twice.

That should not happen. Can you please help?

Thanks,
Satin

Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Where is this custom code placed?

Would you mind allowing me to see where it is as well as let me know what custom code is being used?

Thanks,
Shane
