This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user is unable to see their sitemap on their page.
Solution:
This happened because there was an empty content template assigned to the page.
The quickest way to resolve this is to add the [wpv-post-body] shortcode to your content template.

The plugin works fine for me when tested with Views and the other toolset plugins installed.
Take a look at the screenshot.
Would you mind allowing me to have access tot he website as well as the page that you added the sitemap.
