I am using Divi version 3.21.4. When I attempt to add a view or CRED form to a Divi text module, the shortcode doesn't display in the text field. Is this a bug? 🙂 Eric
There are several issues with ShortCodes and Divi's modules but usually, only in Code Module and/or Global Modules.
You can see more details related to that here:

Please check carefully if any of those apply to your situation, and if not, please explain to me the precise steps I need to take to replicate this issue.
Locally, on Divi, I can see both Views and Forms if inserted to a Text Module, when using the proper syntax (instead of [shortcode] we use {!{shortcode}!}).
I would suspect the issue is due to your child theme, which we do not support - we support only the original Divi as delivered by Elegant Themes.
I used the version 3.21.3, as I do not have the .4 point-release.
Maybe it's due to that?
Then I'll need a copy of the new theme as currently, I do not have it.
Thanks!
I discovered that if I revert to using the Classic Divi Builder as opposed to the new Divi Builder Experience, the shortcodes will populate in the text or code modules. So, the issue has something to do with the new builder. 🙂 Eric
I apologise, I did not know you use the new builder experience
That particular method of editing is not supported by Toolset:

You should submit a feature request to both our Product Manager (https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/) AND Divi's Support as well.
