No image preview in image library after update type
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
As I understand, you are talking about the following ticket:

As the ticket is closed there is no option to reopen it. I suggest you should create a new ticket and add your old ticket link as a reference to it and add a note to assigned it to Shane.
