I am trying to: showing maps based on address field in template views

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see:

Instead, I got: a grey div with no map

Hello, as per title several problems:
a) settings ( wp-admin/admin.php?page=toolset-settings&tab=maps) check api key does not do anything, no http request, no error, just nothing
b) in the edit screen of single cpt "eventi" there's the "address field " but no map is shown here ( in your docs it looks like there should be one)
c) in the frontend (link above for example) no map is shown, having a template content like this:

[wpv-map-render map_id='map-2'][wpv-map-marker map_id='map-2' marker_id='marker-2' marker_field='wpcf-indirizzo'][/wpv-map-marker]

Also It's not clear to me if the id of the map correspond to some DB object (?cannot see any list of them) or if it's a virtual id btw.

Note that in the debug info below you will see another "map" plugin, I've tried to deactivate it but same result

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend to run your site with latest stable release plugin version.

Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
You can download ALL latest Toolset plugins from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

After update all Toolset plugins to stable release, If your issue still persists, please share access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
