I am trying to set up the archive and I keep entering different names to "name the WordPress archive". No matter what name I enter I get a message:

Another item already uses this name. Please use another name.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

It looks like you are using the WordPress default words that you should not use.

Can you please try to use a specific name for example: Student-Archive - does it works?

That is really strange. Can you please share admin access details so I can check whats going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I managed to set up the archive by adding it on the archive page, rather than click the link on the dashboard and enter the name.

I've created the WordPress Archive Output and that seems to work fine.

I've now moved onto WordPress Archive Search.

I'm stuck on moving search fields into a grid. I watched the toolset video on moving the line by line item search fields by dragging and dropping them into the grid windows. I can grab the search fields, but I can't get them into the grid. The search field either wants to land above the grid or below it, but it won't settle inside the grid window.

I wonder how you able to add the search fields to your theme's PHP template archive.

You should create the archive using the Toolset GUI. I'm not sure where you are adding the search fields.

Can you please tell me what archive you are trying to edit as well as share admin access details.
