I am having the same problem as this thread - https://toolset.com/forums/topic/setting-rows-to-full-width-does-not-work/

Did the Divi Full row conflict ever get fixed? Is there an extra step that I need to take?

Hi, there's an article over here that talks about using Divi's full-width page setting:
https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/toolset-divi-integration/

You can use a full-width setting to extend a row out to the edge of the container element. This isn't a true full-width display, because the content doesn't go out to the edge of the browser, but it's full-width in the sense that it's as wide as the Divi container will allow. I hope this clears things up a bit. If you have further questions, please let me know.
