Server error 500 when loading Elementor library admin page with Toolset active

This support ticket is created 4 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The problem on this page does not seem to be directly related to Toolset plugins. I've deactivated all Toolset plugins temporarily on the staging site, but the page still does not load here: hidden link

Seems like a conflict somewhere else on the site, maybe between Elementor and the LMS system? You may need to deactivate everything but Elementor and activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty One, then reactivate the theme and other plugins one by one to troubleshoot this, then reach out to the Elementor team for more support.
