Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'd like to send bulk emails (newsletters e.g.) to any of the Types that have an email address. One would do for now.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No, I couldn't find anything.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No.

I'd like to have a Sendinblue or MailChimp kind of experience (not that elaborate) where my customer can write a message (or newsletter) and send it to a collection of email addresses coming from one of the Types on my site that have an emailaddress.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

Honestly, if the number of contacts will grow over time, I'll highly recommend using an emailing service. I am not saying a newsletter service. Because sending too many emails on the same request to the server is subject to the server capacity(Memory, CPU) and configuration(max_execution_time, memory_limit).

This being said, Toolset is able to achieve what you are looking for. It may be implemented in different ways. If you provide more details, I might better help you.

Toolset Forms plugin lets you create or edit a post or a user in the system. And it has built-in notification features. You can customize the email notification and the recipients of the email. For example, you can create a form for a "News" custom post type, and allow your customer to create new News posts using a form. In that form, you can customize the email that would be sent and to whom it would be.

Can you provide more details about your use case?
- Do you want to create the form to collect email addresses?
- Would you have one or several customers that can send emails to the connected email addresses?
Any detail you add will help me give you better advice.
